This free, one-day event is open to the public.
The Iowa General Assembly has authorized and funded the Prevention of Disabilities Policy Council to conduct a Summit to develop a state agenda and provide policy recommendations regarding the prevention of disabilities and their secondary conditions. The day-long Summit will bring together representatives from government, the public and private sectors and consumers to identify priority needs in Iowa and offer consensus policy recommendations.
